History of the Rodeo

The Bear Paw Roundup is celebrating its 27th year of rodeo this year!

Over the years, we’ve seen many changes. We were one of the first in the Montana circuit to bring in the then-newly-approved Breakaway Roping event. We are excited to keep evolving with the sport to bring you even better rodeo action!

2025 adds even MORE money to attract more rodeo competitors, and the famous stock contractor J Bar J Pro Rodeo will be joining us again.
